NYE

Dress- Meadham Kirchhoff for Topshop
Scarf- DIY
Shoes- Zara & DIY

Please excuse the instax photo/dodgy face/awkward pose but I can't find one of my camera lens- woopsy! This is by far my favourite outfit of 2013 so thought it was a good time to wear it.

I can't put into words how much I'm in love with this dress. I was gutted when I saw the price tag when it first came out but I had a feeling it was going into the sale and working at Topman you kinda know when the Topshop sales going to be. So on that monday morning, as fate has it, my cat woke me up at 4am just meowing to herself so I thought I better check just in case it had gone into sale and praise the lord it had. I've never been so grateful for my cat waking me up at stupid o'clock in my life. Anyway, it had gone down from £290 to £170 and with my staff discount to £127 so considering I am going to keep it forever and wear it all the time I thought that wasn't too bad!

I'm glad to be saying goodbye to 2013 as it was the saddest year ever after losing my Step Dad last month but I really feel 2014 will be a happier, healthier and more positive year for me and my Mum.

Hope you all have a fun NYE and happy new year!

SUNDAY TUNE

Pre New-years Eve ( and per Copenhagen trip ) Sunday at the local rock bar. Very proud that my new Filippa K jacket (thank you so much for the fantastic Christmas gift!) was acknowledged by the coolest most hardcore rockers in town. I love the fact that is belted, it really gives that old school, french-chic note to the piece. and the charcoal color really makes it unique making this my staple piece for spring (and obviously warm winter ;). Paired with the beige thick waffle knit and my fav blue jeans makes this a perfect Sunday outfit for the lazy Holiday days.

NEW SEASON - NEW LENGTHS

I hope you have had (and still have)lovely Holidays dear readers. I on my part am not doing much, besides sitting on the couch and eating.Which I shamefully admit is a reason for my all strech-and-very-loose outfit (luckily my brothert gifted me with a 'Green Kitchen' book so I don't think I will have to go a size up after the holidays :)).Also some other pretty amazing gifts have been waiting under my tree this time, that I can't even begin to explain how lucky I feel.
One of the reasons why I love this outfit so much (besides the fact that I can eat what and how much I want- read until my belly is on the verge of bursts) - is the whole silhouette of it, I have completely fallen in love with the new shape that has been happening on the catwalks lately - most of my short skirts have been substituted with the longer length or more distinct shape, usually paired with a looser jumper and a big oversized clutch. I do love accents here and there so rings everywhere have become my latest obsession on the accessory department.

I am wearing by Malene Birger jumper, H&M skirt, Stella Mccartney heels, clutch by Little Liffner, rings by Maria Black, Thomas Sabo (the gold ones) and Lara Bohnic (the three stacking rings)

THE PERFECT BOMBER

Christmas is coming, huh?We are all probably at the same place, running around trying to find perfect gifts, what to wear etc.So some comfy outfit on the run is a must. I know I have wished for this fantastic bomber that I mentioned earlier (you can find it here in Bergen) but at the end couldn't wait for so long, and ended up getting it. Bundled up in a big scarf and my fav boots, search for the last gifts is on.

Black bomber jacket by Samsøe&Samsøe, vintage Aran sweater, Zara jeans, Sergio Rossi boots, Cubus scarf and Saint Laurent bag.

HAPPY HAPPY JOY- ON MY WAY

So, stuck in limbo at the airport as traffic in Bergen has become insane so I missed my flight.Annoying but not much to do with it. Anyway, I have had the chance to re-schedule the flight and am using spare time to catch up on some work. Like a new update on what I wores or just starting at my feet.
Or cuddling with my faux fur, which may seem strange thing to do on the airport, but I have had a crazy day so something soft and fuzzy to rest on is a big bonus.
Yupp, wearing the same happy thing as I did couple of days ago (although with a sneakers- twist) ,a pair of ripped jeans loosely cut above the ankles, Maison Scotch happyhappyjoy fur and a pair of simple black pumps.  Heaven.

I am wearing Maison Scotch fur and Cala&Jade purse both you can find here, Rag&Bone jeans, Saint Laurent heels,  rings by Maria Black and Thomas Sabo

Jacket- Nasty Gal
Choker- eBay
Trousers- River Island
Shoes- The White Pepper

Yep, these shoes are still firmly stuck to my feet! I've only not worn them once since I got them a week ago. They're just like walking on chunky platformed air.

Since my ASOS Fashion Finder challenge, I have a bit of a thing about wearing sequins in the day. It just makes an outfit that little bit more interesting and this top that the lovely Megan from Bank sent me is now only £10 in the sale- barg alert!

THINKING OF: ONEPIECE

I also love this one by Rihanna for River Island which is slightly more affordable, but a girl can dream!

LAST MINUTTE CHRISTMAS WSHLIST

So, I am happy to say that I have teamed up with one of my favourite stores in Bergen- Vrimmel and had the opportunity to pick some cool laid-back pieces that are perfect for what seems to be a very, very warm winter, but also amazing pieces for the transitional parts of the year. Some pretty pastels, timeless bombers, leather and some camo never hurt anybody- so gals hint, hint to your better halves.
1. The timeless black bomber from Samsøe&Samsøe 2. Stine Goya light blue sweater (amzing structure, I can't even explain) 3. Lee denim skirt 4. Gold pendant 5. Cooee clear cuff 6.Cala&Jade purse (ok, that one is already in my arms, I coudn't resist that beautiful burgundy...;) 7.FWSS pink beanie 8.MaisonScotch striped shirt (actually the perfect one if you ask me) 9. Samsøe&Samsøe leather shirt (yupp you have heard me right- leather-shirt- taste it) 9. Edgy pieces by RebekkaRebekka 10. Camo jeans by MaisonScotch

So, so mouthwattering- find it all HERE

GUYS SAY RELAX

Whipsy-dipsy masculine causal on a rainy day.  I love turtlenecks, and this one is a perfect burgundy cashmeremix that goes with pretty much everything I can drag out of my wardrobe.  And to be honest when it is neither hot nor cold, a good soft pull is gold-worth.
Spekaing of gold, I am so into edgy gold accents, like the earcuff I am wearing, I mean I wouldn't mind Repossi, but the one by Thomas Sabo does a pretty good job, ney?
For the record I sleep with my Stella's and Liffner clutch, those two are not leaving my side.

Coat by Vanessa Bruno, turtleneck by Malene Birger, Acne pop jeans, Stella Mccartney Kristy creepers, Little LIffner shearling clutch, rings and earcuff by Thomas Sabo and Ray Bans
Shaggy Jacket- Nasty Gal via eBay
Heart Jeans & Holographic Shoes- Topshp
Holographic Rucksack- Motel

I don't know if you know, but I have a pretty unhealthy obsession with unicorns and rainbows for a 22 year old. I have a shrine on top of my shelf with endless unicorn ornaments and stuffed toys. So it makes sense that when I was contacted by the gorgeous Megan over at Bank to pick out a couple of things that I chose this Double Rainbow top with a unicorn on it!

I usually go off printed jeans from Topshop after a while but these have stayed a firm fave of mine since I bought them earlier on in the year. It's probably something to do with the fact that I haven't seen anyone else wear them yet. Does anyone else go off something they've bought as soon as you see someone else wearing them? It totally ruins it for me! It's pretty hard to avoid in this mass produced fashion industry right now though I suppose..

STYLE SECRETS WITH YVES ROCHER

I have head the fantastic opportunity to team up with Yves Rocher and share my style Secrets with them. being infront of the camera and generally sneaking up backstage with makeup artists and stylists, one really does pick up a trick or two on 'how to' - like for example if you want natural open eyes, and no mascara look, use as sharp precise liner (I use Stylo Regard in 01 Noir ) to draw small dots along the eyelashline- the eyes appear bigger an no mascara needed. For more beauty quick fix tips like these head over to Yves Rocher website and read a little more about it ;)

BLUE COAT

We went from snowstorm  to spring temps all in couple of days, which gave a pretty reasonable excuse  to wear midi skirt and almost bare ankles, all with the powdery coat over to keep warm. You know I am a sucker for contrasts and it was only natural to pair a soft blue coat with a pair of chunky creepers, just to balance the feminine silhouette towards something more funky, or less ladylike if you would have it. On the other hand I also got this furry beauty by Little Liffner and it hasn't been leaving my arms since. And lets face it who doesn't want this warm little thing to hold in your hand when a cold wind starts to blow??

Blue coat by Carven, by Malene Birger turtleneck knit and if you live in Bergen here midi H&M skirt, Stella McCartney creepers, Little Liffner purse and stacking rings by Lara Bohnic

NEW IN: COLORFUL FUR

Hi peeps!Sorry for not tuning in! I have some cool news and have being organising apartment for a very exciting project to come. Thus, me being away, lots and lots of work.

Anyway, look what I got while running around the interior shops in Bergen! I spotted this amazebals fur on Aline Weber during NYFW and have been crazy about it since. Now, this cool store In Bergen called Vrimmel have had it in store but it sold out, and they have just ordered a new bach, me being on the lucky side, and whoop...!
(I have just teamed up with them, am-amazing choice and at not so insane prices;)
So, very funky piece as you can see, but when even my fiancé loved it and he definitely isn't into so very colourful pieces.I have been wearing it with burgundy New Balance and black jeans, but I can't wait to sport it with heels.

Another fantastic thing that has just entered my wardrobe is a lushes burgundy grained-leather cutiepie by the norwegian brand by Cala&Jade, btw it is fall/winter season so get it before it's gone :)

Colorful fur by Maison Scotch and bag by Cala&Jade- if you live in Bergen you can get both HERE.

Best day EVER

Turban- ShopFloorWhore
Top- Sister Jane
Jacket- Bitching & Junkfood
Bag- Smoke & Mirrors London
Trousers- Vintage
Shoes- The White Pepper

So as I mentioned in my previous post I had 2 exciting days ahead, well the first didn't happen in the end as I was ill (I was supposed to be going behind the scenes of the next Boohoo advert) but luckily it was just a 24 hour thing as today was quite simply THE BEST DAY EVER.

As you all probably know by now, I am Jess and Stef from How Two Live's biggest fan and have been following them from the beginning. I did a guest post for them before and it was the highlight of my blogging life. Well we still keep in contact every now and then and the girls told me they would be flying over from Australia to London for a few days so we arranged for us to have a little meet up which is what I have been doing today. I can't even tell you how surreal it was sitting across from my all time favourite bloggers and idols and having a conversation with them like we were already friends. They are the loveliest girls and it has definitely been the best moment of the year for me!

I'm hoping they will adopt me to be their third sister soon and we can start a blog called 'How Three Live' haha I WISH. Most amazing day ever- thank you Jess & Stef for taking the time out of your busy shcdule to see me. ILY <3

Coat- Love Label via eBay
Shirt worn underneath- Charity Shop
Jumper & Skirt- c/o Missguided
Shoes- The White Pepper
Bag- Smoke & Mirrors London

I've been watching a lot of Clueless and Romy and Michele lately which I think had a strong influence on today's uni outfit with the holographic/fluffy vibes which happen to be two of my favourite things anyway. I've been lusting after that unif holographic skirt for ages so was thrilled to see that Missguided have one for a fraction of the price.

You may recognise this bag from Smoke & Mirrors London (which can be bought on ASOS Marketplace) from my last wishlist post,  I also naughtily bought the green textured jumper too- I just can't help myself at the moment.

I have a very exciting 2 days ahead thanks to my blog and I can't wait to share it with you all <3

DENIM AND PLAID

Slightly more girly version of what you are used to see me in, but it happens.
Now, before we say anything more, I am happy to announce that I will be working with a relatively new brand named Y.A.S. (they have had beautiful Pernille Teisbæk as their ambassador earlier) and I have been dying to show you this  denim skirt which is a part of their SS14 collection. Because, irrelevant to the fact that I am working with them, this skirt is pure awesomeness. It has that Stella McCartney feel to it, but a little more relaxed skater cut and a little more budget friendly. Actually  a lot more budget friendly.
It was a perfect match with the checked cropped sweater.

COMFY GRUNGE

The snowstorm, followed by the jump of 7 degrees and rain showers. SO, what to wear when the weather gods are clearly against any form for fashion and your regular down jacket and good boots feel like the only logical option? Three words : teddy coat + layering.
Of course you are supposed to pair teddy coat, ripped jeans, fishnets, plaid and leopard all at once, and you shouldn't at any point be worried it might end up tacky. Never.

Teddy coat by Storm&Marie, shirt and sweater by Just Female - all three just got from Vrimmel in Bergen on Saturdays shopping spree, jeans are Ralph Lauren Denim &Supply, Saint Laurent bag and heels, jewellery by Lara Bohnic and Maria Black.

Coat- Urban Outfitters
Trousers- Topshop
Bag- Nasty Gal
Shoes- The White Pepper

HOW AMAZING ARE THESE BOOTS?!?! They are the perfect mix of 70s & 90s chunkiness and I've been tottering around Southsea in them all morning and my feet feel fine. At last, a pair of shoes that don't hurt! Gotta feeling these are gonna be in EVERY blog post in the near future <3

The brand La Moda has stretched out from selling amazing bags to also stocking clothes and shoes- all at their famous bargain prices. The lovely Suzan sent me over this gorgeous jumper and you can't really see in these photos but it's fluffy and really cosy.

These are my most worn trousers at the moment although annoyingly they started to sag after the first wear but I'm hoping they will shrink a bit after I wash them!
