WELL,HELLO THERE!

Are we talking perfect snow shoes, or what?
If you are following me on Insta (@portablepackage) you probably know that these beauties came in yesterday evening, and I can't even tell you how pleased I am to finally get them as they were sold out in black for ages now. I did consider getting a boot version but it just wasn't the same thing... Fortunately they were back in stock for a very short while (and I did pro-order them) so these Stella McCartney beauties arrived just in time for the first snow in Bergen. #happygal
P.S. I am wearing skincolored socks for the record (and woolen short socks,) just so nobody goes OMG on me.

I am SO in love with this kimono. The sequins are holographic/irridescent and look so much better in real life than in photo as it's hard to capture the different colours in a photo. It is velvet as well which makes it a lot warmer than most of my other kimonos. I thought I would add even more shine to the outfit with my holographic rucksack.

Despite feeling pretty low lately I have been dressing extra bright to try and pick myself up. Colour makes such a difference to mood. I bet if we all lived in colourful rainbow houses with towns and villages covered in art and colour, the world be a better, happier place!

ONESIE

SO, I finally got one too!Can't believe that I didn't get a pair of dungarees a little sooner as they are sooo comfortable...!Actually it was this that convinced me at the end, and the fact that with some proper  'parisiene' (read: some chunky jewellery a pair of black pumps, red lips and a masculine  coat) styling you can actually still look like a respectable adult in a pair of onesis. And still be comfy enough to want to wear them again.A winner in my wardrobe no matter season.

For the record this is a pre snow-storm outfit, I was just to sick to edit it until now.

PARTY NAILS- OR DROPPING GLITTER STATEMENT

I am so into simply painted nails right now, I mean as glitter is everywhere, having completely ordinary nails suddenly seems like a fresh idea. These shades never fail and as their names indicate they are highly party-appropriate.

So, finally back on my feet, or partially at least, but hey I am getting there.

I was lucky enough to be invited to ASOS Christmas Party by the lovely Stacey over at Fashion Finder and I'm glad I made the trip there as it was so nice to meet some new people and have a good old chinwag. I met the gorgeous ladies, Megan and Robyn beforehand and we all went together. I managed to get rather tipsy on 3 glasses of champers which meant I talked an awful lot (sorry about that Megan) but despite not being much of a Christmas fan myself I thoroughly enjoyed the festive spirit :)
